Clarox Privacy Policy

This policy also applies to the application named clarox on the Google consent screen: the internal Google Ads search-demand research tool. The Google data it obtains and the purposes of its use are described in section 5.

1. Scope and contact

This policy describes data processing on clarox.ru, in the Clarox account area, and when Google is connected to the separate SEO statistics collection tool. For access, correction and deletion requests, contact clarox@clarox.ru.

The data controller and service provider is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Ви Эф Эс Консалтинг» (short legal name: ООО «Ви Эф Эс»), a Russian limited liability company. INN (taxpayer number): 9703240210. OGRN (state registration number): 1267700068085. 2. Data processed and its purposes

Account data: email address, sign-in and account recovery information; for Telegram sign-in, the identifier and information supplied by Telegram. These are used for registration, authentication and access to the account area.
Service usage data: queries, information about addresses and counterparties being checked, and the contents of documents and enquiries you provide. These are processed to perform the selected function, produce results and provide support.
Subscription and payment information: plan, payment status and access. Payments are processed through YooKassa; banking details are entered on the payment provider's side.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, visit time, page addresses and actions. These are used to operate the website, maintain security and analyse traffic.

Do not upload another person's personal data without a lawful basis or provide information unnecessary for your selected task.

3. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Yandex Metrica, including click maps and Webvisor: the service receives technical information and information about interaction with pages. The account area uses browser storage for authentication. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings; this may affect sign-in and certain functions. Metrica information: Yandex terms.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Our operations involve infrastructure and email providers, Telegram when you choose that sign-in method, YooKassa for payments and Yandex for analytics. For AI functions, the content of the request is sent to the DeepSeek API. That provider may process the request outside Russia; do not submit information to AI if you have no lawful basis to transfer it. Providers' rules apply to processing on their side. Data may also be provided to competent authorities where there is a legal basis.

5. Google data in the clarox application

This section applies only to the separate Google connection for the Google Ads Keyword Planner tool. It does not mean that the Clarox account area automatically obtains access to Google. The user connects through Google's consent screen. The application's purpose is to research search demand and historical keyword volumes for administrative SEO tasks; it is a separate tool, not a publicly available feature of the legal account area.

The openid and email scopes are used to verify the Google account email address, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords is used to obtain information about the available advertising account and historical search-query statistics. The current purpose is collecting SEO statistics; the tool does not modify campaigns or payment settings and does not read Gmail messages.

We store the verified Google account email address and its identifier (sub), access and refresh tokens needed for authorised Google API requests, and the results of the requested statistics.

Access and refresh tokens: authorising Google API requests; these are access credentials, not email content.
Historical statistics and keyword metrics: researching demand and search-query volumes.

Google data is not sold. It is used for the described function, not for personalised advertising. Transfer of this data is permitted only in cases allowed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: to provide the function described to the user with their consent, for security, to comply with legal requirements, or in a reorganisation with the user's prior explicit consent. Consent alone does not permit transfer for other purposes. Google data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Use and transfer of data obtained from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Staff access to such data is permitted only in cases allowed by that policy.

You can revoke access in Google connection settings. This stops further access to Google but does not, by itself, delete data already stored. To request deletion of stored Google data — email, account identifier, tokens and associated results — email clarox@clarox.ru from the connected account's address. Do not send passwords or tokens. Deletion is handled on request after verifying account ownership; revoking the Google connection does not automatically delete stored results. Retention depends on the needs of the described function; once the processing purpose ends, data is to be deleted or anonymised unless the law provides for another retention period. Request handling and backup rules are described in section 6.

6. Legal bases, retention and rights

Depending on the function, processing is carried out to perform a contract or act on the user's request, fulfil legal obligations, or on the basis of consent where required. Reading this policy does not itself replace consent required by law.

Data is retained while necessary for its purpose and access to the service; once that purpose ends, it is to be deleted or anonymised unless the law provides for another retention period. Payment and mandatory accounting information may be retained for statutory periods. Certain copies may remain in backups until their scheduled replacement.

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of data, withdraw consent and contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Email clarox@clarox.ru with the account and your request. If necessary, we will request the minimum information needed to verify account ownership. Requests are handled within the periods established by applicable law.

7. Security and changes

The website connection is protected by HTTPS; access to operational data is restricted. No storage or transmission method provides an absolute security guarantee. The current version is published on this page; material changes are reflected in a new version.

2. Какие данные обрабатываются и зачем

Данные учётной записи: адрес электронной почты, данные входа и восстановления доступа; при входе через Telegram — идентификатор и сведения, переданные Telegram. Они используются для регистрации, авторизации и предоставления доступа к кабинету.
Данные работы с сервисом: запросы, сведения о проверяемых адресах и контрагентах, содержание предоставленных документов и обращений. Они обрабатываются для выполнения выбранной функции, формирования результатов и поддержки.
Сведения о подписке и оплате: тариф, статус платежа и доступ. Платёж проводится через ЮKassa; банковские реквизиты вводятся на стороне платёжного сервиса.
Технические сведения: IP-адрес, информация о браузере и устройстве, время посещения, адреса страниц и действия. Они используются для работы сайта, безопасности и анализа посещаемости.

Не загружай чужие персональные данные без законного основания и не передавай сведения, которые не нужны для выбранной задачи.

3. Cookies и аналитика

Сайт использует Яндекс.Метрику, включая карту кликов и Вебвизор: сервис получает технические сведения и информацию о взаимодействии со страницами. Для авторизации кабинет использует средства хранения браузера. Cookies можно ограничить в настройках браузера; это может повлиять на работу входа и отдельных функций. 4. Поставщики сервисов и передача

В работе участвуют поставщики инфраструктуры, электронной почты, Telegram при выбранном способе входа, ЮKassa при оплате и Яндекс при использовании аналитики. Для функций ИИ содержимое запроса передаётся API DeepSeek. Обработка запроса этим поставщиком может осуществляться за пределами России; не отправляй в ИИ сведения, для передачи которых у тебя нет законного основания. Правила поставщиков применяются к обработке на их стороне. Данные также могут быть предоставлены уполномоченным органам при наличии предусмотренного законом основания.

5. Данные Google в приложении clarox

Этот раздел относится только к отдельному подключению Google для инструмента Google Ads Keyword Planner. Он не означает, что кабинет Clarox получает доступ к Google автоматически. Подключение выполняется пользователем через страницу согласия Google. Назначение приложения — исследование поискового спроса и исторической частотности ключевых слов для административных SEO-задач; это отдельный инструмент, а не общедоступная функция юридического кабинета.

Используются разрешения openid и email для проверки адреса Google-аккаунта и разрешение https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords для получения сведений о доступном рекламном аккаунте и исторической статистики поисковых запросов. Текущее назначение — сбор SEO-статистики; инструмент не изменяет кампании или платёжные настройки и не читает письма Gmail.

Хранятся подтверждённый адрес электронной почты Google-аккаунта и его идентификатор (sub), токены доступа и обновления, необходимые для разрешённых обращений к Google API, и результаты запрошенной статистики.

Данные Google не продаются. Они используются для описанной функции, а не для персонализированной рекламы. Передача этих данных допускается только в случаях, разрешённых Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use: для предоставления описанной пользователю функции при его согласии, для обеспечения безопасности, исполнения требований закона либо при реорганизации с предварительным явным согласием пользователя. Само по себе согласие не разрешает передачу для иных целей. Данные Google не используются для обучения общих моделей ИИ.

Использование и передача данных, полученных от Google API, должны соответствовать Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use. Доступ сотрудников к таким данным допускается только в случаях, разрешённых этой политикой.

Отозвать доступ можно в настройках подключений Google. Это прекращает дальнейший доступ к Google, но само по себе не удаляет уже сохранённые данные. Для запроса удаления сохранённых данных Google — email, идентификатора аккаунта, токенов и связанных результатов — напиши на clarox@clarox.ru с адреса подключённого аккаунта. Не отправляй пароль или токены. Удаление рассматривается по обращению после проверки принадлежности аккаунта; отзыв подключения Google не является автоматическим удалением сохранённых результатов. Срок хранения определяется необходимостью описанной функции; после прекращения цели данные подлежат удалению или обезличиванию, если иной срок не предусмотрен законом. Правила обращения и резервных копий описаны в разделе 6.

6. Основания, сроки и права

Обработка осуществляется в зависимости от функции для исполнения договора или действий по запросу пользователя, выполнения обязанностей по закону либо на основании согласия, когда оно необходимо. Прочтение политики само по себе не заменяет требуемое законом согласие.

Данные сохраняются, пока необходимы для соответствующей цели и доступа к сервису; после прекращения цели подлежат удалению или обезличиванию, если иной срок не предусмотрен законом. Платёжные и обязательные учётные сведения могут сохраняться в установленные законом сроки. Отдельные копии могут сохраняться в резервных копиях до их плановой замены.

Можно запросить сведения об обработке, исправление, ограничение или удаление данных, отозвать согласие и обратиться в Роскомнадзор или суд. Для запроса напиши на clarox@clarox.ru и укажи аккаунт и требование. При необходимости мы запросим минимальные сведения для проверки принадлежности аккаунта. Обращения рассматриваются в сроки, установленные применимым законодательством.

7. Защита и изменения

Соединение с сайтом защищено HTTPS; доступ к служебным данным ограничивается. Никакой способ хранения или передачи не даёт абсолютной гарантии безопасности. Действующая редакция публикуется на этой странице; при существенных изменениях информация отражается в новой редакции.
